Sort your kit out: have a list, tick off what you pack for
tomorrow. Include nutrition, clothing (for all likely weathers).
Think about how ready you are, how you will rise to any
challenges that face you tomorrow.
Get to bed at a usual time: not too early if you will lie
awake fretting. Not too late or you may feel groggy tomorrow.
If you sleep, that’s a bonus. Your priority is to rest. So,
if you don’t sleep that is okay, just take it easy, read something relaxing
(non-marathon related) or daydream so you may fall asleep in a while.
Have a good night.
